I am so excited to participate in my first Tone It Up Bikini Series created by trainers Karena and Katrina. This eight week bikini challenge kicks off April 25th — if you’re seeing this in time, head on over to join the challenge with me.

I’m loving the Beach Babe journal; there’s areas to log each of your meals, the prescribed workout of the day is listed, a water drinking checklist, and an area to add notes.
At the end of each week, there is a Week Recap that gives you a list of things to do: take progress photos, weight update, measurements update, and an area to write and reflect on the past week. On the adjacent page you can write your grocery list and what and when to meal prep.
The workout videos look saa-weeet. They accommodate all fitness levels; some of the core work looks like it’s going to leave me sore for days (I have a weak core) so I’m looking forward to the increase stength in this area.
My favorite part of all is the community. There’s nothing like women coming together to cheer each other on to be successful on their health journey. I love being a part of the #TIUarmy.
